Apparently our friends at Winedark records sucked just as much as the TVT fuckers. Sevendust has gained independence from their imprint deal through 'opportunistic reversion of Next'. "Next" still remains distributed through Fontana/Universal.
None of the members of the band were available for immidiate comment, but I'm sure we'll get a song on the next record about this issue to clear things up.
